Cris and I have some great news! We are expecting our first baby Feb. 4, 2010!
I am 12 weeks along and feeling pretty good. I have my good and bad days, but who doesn't when they have so much going on inside of them! We are so incredibly happy and hope that all goes well from here on out! We've had 2 ultrasounds and got to hear the baby's heartbeat yesterday and boy was it strong! It was such a relief to hear it so strong cuz what can I say, I'm a worrier and think the worst in everything! So now it's just the waiting game... Cris and I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby. ( Even though he's CONVINCED it's a boy) He went out and bought this test called "Intella Gender"
(Please excuse the fact that I posted a picture of my urine.. sorry if you're easily grossed out!)Anyway,has anyone heard of it?? Or used it? It says that it's 78-80% accurate and it said BOY! So I guess we'll find out in 6 weeks if Cris is right or not:) As for me, I don't care what we have, just as long as he/she is healthy... I'm not gonna lie though, I've done a little shopping and I have way more girls clothes than boy! So I guess if it's boy, I'll just have to do some more shopping:)
YAY!! Congrats! Being pregnant is great... and beiing a Mom is even better!! I am so excited for you!!

ReplyDeleteYEAH!!! I am so happy for you. What a gorgeous child you two are going to make! I have totally heard about the gender testing that you did. Can't wait to hear if it worked because I will totally try it out on baby #3 because I am the same as your husband. Knowing what the gender is the second I find out I am pregnant just eats me. It consumes my life to the point I can't sleep!! I went a paid for a ultrasound at 14 weeks because I couldn't wait. Congratulations!! Hope you start having more good days than bad so you can thoroughly enjoy your pregnancy!

ReplyDeleteWAHOO!!! I'm SO excited for you! I can't wait till you know "for sure" what you're having. Only a few weeks huh? I hope that gender test works out because I am TOTALLY doing it when I have my next baby. I'll just let you know now...if it's a girl, you're going to go BROKE! They have THE CUTEST things for girls. You can't help but buy everything for them. Anyway, Congratulations! Hope everything goes well with your pregnancy. I'd love to see some pictures when your belly starts getting a little bigger:)
